Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3 onions, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 large can tomatoes, crushed
1 medium box elbow macaroni
Preparation

Brown meat and onions in pan.
Cook macaroni as directed on box until almost done while meat and onion brown.
Drain macaroni and add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour fat off ground beef.
Add to the drained macaroni.
Stir well and let simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
(You may want to add more tomatoes or medium can of juice if you want to be more juicier.)
This is good served with tossed green salad and French bread.
