Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. oysters
    2 c. oyster liquor
    2 c. heavy cream
    4 Tbsp. butter
    celery salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup of the oyster liquor to a boil and when it has cooked for 5 minutes, skim off the top, which will be foamy.
    Add the cream, butter and seasonings to taste.
    Cook the oysters in the other cup of liquor until the edges curl (about 5 minutes). Strain and add to the cream.
    Serve immediately.
