Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. low salt soy sauce
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. dark brown sugar
    4 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together and stir-fry with baby carrots, broccoli, tofu, pea pods, cellophane noodles, ginger and mushrooms (stir-fry separately first, not in sauce, these take too long).
    A great lo-cal dinner choice!
