Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. sour cream
salt (if desired)
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes. Cut in half and scoop out the middle.
Mix onion, butter and sour cream with the scooped out potatoes.
Beat until mixed.
(Similar to mashed but not as smooth.) Spoon bake into shells and place Cheddar cheese on top. Put in microwave or oven to melt cheese.
(Can use French onion dip in place of sour cream if desired.)
