Crunchy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    2 large egg whites
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 c. oat bran
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3/4 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 c. old-fashioned oats
    1 c. raisins and nuts
Preparation
    Beat brown sugar and margarine until well blended.
    Blend in egg whites.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Drop tablespoonsful of mixture on foil covered cookie sheet.
    Start testing it after 12 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes. Makes approximately 15 cookies.
