Broccoli And Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up stems and all
    1 head cauliflower (can use peeled stalk)
    1 medium-sized onion, diced
    1 small jar green olives, sliced and drained
    1 (7 or 8 oz.) can diced water chestnuts, drained
Preparation
    Have
    about the same amount of broccoli and cauliflower. Mix all
    ingredients.
    Sprinkle with 1 package of Good Seasons Italian dressing.
    Sprinkle over top of vegetables as it comes in
    the package.
    Don't mix.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Next morning,
    pour
    1
    large
    bottle
    of
    Zesty Italian dressing
    over vegetables.
    Add juice from half a lemon.
    Toss and
    serve.
    Can add tomatoes before serving (optional).
    Will keep well in refrigerator several days.
