Zesty "Fried" Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    4 skinned, boneless large chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine cornmeal, paprika, salt, garlic powder, pepper and cumin.
    Rinse chicken (do not pat dry); coat chicken evenly on all sides with cornmeal mixture.
    Spray a large skillet and cook chicken for 8 to 10 minutes until no longer pink, turning occasionally to brown on all sides.
    Makes 4 servings.
