Shish Kabob Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 clove crushed garlic or 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 to 2-inch cubes of lamb, chicken or beef
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Marinate cubes of lamb, chicken (boneless breast or boneless thighs) or beef at least overnight, the longer the better!
