Zucchini-Chive Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vegetable shortening
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1/3 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh or 2 Tbsp. dried chives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt with pastry blender or 2 knives.
    Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Stir in shredded zucchini, milk and chives until just combined.
