Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock
    1 egg, beaten
    crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Dip haddock in egg then roll both sides in the cracker crumbs.
    Place in a baking pan coated with cooking spray.
    Dot with butter and bake at 500 degrees for about 12 minutes.
