Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Stir in oil, then zucchini and vanilla.
    Stir together flour, nuts, cinnamon, allspice, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
    Add to egg mixture, mixing only until all ingredients are moistened.
    Pour into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch baking pans or 1 Bundt loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes, remove from pans.
    Cool completely on wire rack.
