Karen'S Quick Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease baking sheet.
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, soda and raisins.
    Add buttermilk and stir just until combined. Knead on floured surface for 30 seconds.
    (Dough will remain sticky.)
    Pat into 8-inch round.
    Make \"x\" on top.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
