Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green tomatoes
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes into thick crosswise slices.
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Coat tomatoes with dry mixture and drop into hot fat until golden brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
