Sweet N Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bunch carrots, sliced thin and cooked
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. or more flour
1 tsp. mustard (French's is good to use)
3 or 4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. milk
Preparation

Break egg in bowl. Add other ingredients and cook until thick. Pour over cooked carrots. (Adjust ingredients to fit amount of carrots and also to taste.)
