Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. dried apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Mix apples and sugar and let set for 20 minutes.
Mix together with flour, nutmeg and vanilla.
Add this mixture to apples, then beat together by hand eggs, vanilla, oil and walnuts.
Add this mixture to apples and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Pour topping over cake as soon as it boils.
