Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/4 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water.
Cook to soft ball stage. Add peanuts.
Cook until mixture darkens.
Remove from heat.
Add salt, baking soda and vinegar.
Stir quickly and pour on buttered large cookie sheet.
Cool and break into pieces.
