Avocado Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size avocado
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 1/2 oz. lemon juice
Preparation

Blend all ingredients very thoroughly; use blender or the high speed of a Mixmaster.
Take the smooth, light mixture and scoop immediately into a preformed graham cracker crust (spread it out evenly with a spatula).
It sets up rapidly.
Make 2 pies at once and freeze one for later.
