Chili And Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. plus 1 tsp. chili blend
1/2 tsp. salt
cheese, grated
1 tsp. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
hot water
1 tsp. onion salt
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
-
Brown ground meat and drain.
Add other ingredients, except water and cheese to the meat.
Cook until thickened.
Dip tortillas in hot water.
Put spoonful of chili meat in tortilla and roll up.
Put in baking dish.
Put the balance of chili over tortillas.
Cover with grated cheese.
Put in oven until cheese melts.
