August Harvest Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked brown rice
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. cauliflower florets
    3/4 to 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Steam veggies until tender.
    In a greased casserole, layer rice and veggies.
    Top with cheese.
    Broil until cheese melts.
