Ro-Tel Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 potatoes
    1 lb. pasteurized cheese spread (Velveeta)
    1/4 cup margarine
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small onion, diced
Preparation
    Boil and cool potatoes.
    Slice potatoes with skin on and put in 2 quart casserole dish.
    Melt and mix remaining ingredients. Pour all this mixture over potatoes.
    Bake uncovered until bubbly.
