Pineapple Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Combine 1st four ingredients for crust (mixture will be crumbly).
    Pat 2/3 of this mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook last four ingredients until thick, stirring constantly; spread evenly over crust.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/3 of crust mixture over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool and cut.
