Chicken Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. shortening
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Put shortening and butter in pan; put in oven.
Mix Bisquick, salt and pepper.
Roll chicken in it.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, 1/2 hour on each side.
