Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat margarine at medium speed with an electric mixer. Gradually add sugars, beating well.
    Add egg substitute and vanilla; mix well.
    Combine flour and next 3 ingredients. Gradually add to margarine mixture, mixing well.
    Stir in raisins. Drop dough by 2 teaspoons onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until
    lightly browned.
    Transfer to wire racks to cool.
    Yields 3 dozen.
