Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans Ortego Chiles
    1 can tomatoes
    pork steak or chops
    garlic salt
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut up pork into cubes and coat with flour: brown.
    Brown onions with pork.
    Add flour to dripping like making gravy.
    Add enough water to cover meat.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
    Chop up chiles and tomatoes and add to meat mixture.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
