Pan Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. flour

Preparation

Put in mixing bowl and beat on medium to high for 5 to 10 minutes.
Will look like whipped cream; will be thick and fluffy. Use to coat cake pans and any pan you are going to bake in.
