Pasta Picnic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rotini pasta, uncooked
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
    2 avocados, peeled, sliced into small chunks and sprinkled with lemon juice
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    3/4 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Rinse with cold water. Drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients, mixing gently, but thoroughly.
    Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight. Yields 6 servings.
