Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation
    Pour ingredients into small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Good on waffles, too.
