Caramel Pears - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can pear halves, drained
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. pear syrup
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except pears, in saucepan.
Simmer until smooth and blended.
Place pear halves in caramel syrup. Heat, basting with syrup.
Serve warm or chilled with sour cream or ice cream.
Yields 4 servings.
