Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
3 tsp. melted butter
3 tsp. cocoa
3 tsp. cream or milk
Preparation

Melt on heat slowly oil and chocolate; set aside.
Combine sugar, eggs, applesauce and vanilla.
In separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add sugar mixture to dry ingredients.
Add melted chocolate mixture.
Beat well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool.
Mix powdered sugar, butter, cocoa and cream or milk.
Spread over cooled brownies.
