Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 sticks melted butter or margarine
    pinch of salt
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Stir first 6 ingredients together.
    Add flour; beat well. Spoon into greased muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned top and bottom.
    If you don't bake all at once, store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Will keep a week.
