Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. chicken liver, chopped (optional)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. roux
    1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook first 9 ingredients in cooking oil until brown, then add water and roux. Simmer gently until done (30 minutes). Then add green onion tops and parsley. Cook 3 minutes.
