Peach Betty - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (30 oz.) can sliced cling peaches, drained
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. oleo
1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

In a 1-quart casserole, combine fruit, lemon peel, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a saucepan, melt oleo.
Stir in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over peaches.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
