Holiday Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese (mild), grated
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. mild sausage, browned and drained
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
    mushrooms and green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk in bowl and beat well.
    Mix crumbled sausage with eggs and add rest of ingredients, adding bread last. Mix well.
    Pour into greased 12 x 9-inch baking pan and cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set.
    If using glass pan, cut down to 325\u00b0.
