Fattigman - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. whipping cream
    pinch of salt
    pinch of baking powder
    1 Tbsp. brandy extract
    flour (approximately 2 to 2 1/2 c., using mixer)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar well.
    Mix all and put in refrigerator for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Dough will be sticky.
    Using plenty of flour, so can roll out, cut with crimper, if you have one, and fry in deep fat.
