Noodles With Chicken Livers, Sage And Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. noodles
1/4 c. unsalted butter
2 oz. bacon, cut into strips
20 fresh sage leaves
10 oz. chicken livers, trimmed and cut into slices
salt and ground pepper
Preparation

Prepare noodles, according to directions.
In a large pot, bring 5 quarts salted water to a boil.
In frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the bacon and sage and fry until they are both crisp, about 5 minutes.
Add the chicken livers and fry, stirring frequently for 3 minutes.
Season to taste.
