Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. floured blueberries
Preparation

Cream together shortening and sugar; add and mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir vigorously for 2 minutes, adding milk as you mix.
Add eggs and mix for one minute.
Add blueberries.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
