Fresh Garden Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    8 oz. pkg. medium noodles
    3 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 medium tomatoes, cube in wedges
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 1/3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter and lightly brown uncooked noodles, stirring frequently.
    Add broth, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil; add vegetables.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables and noodles are tender.
    Pour into serving bowl.
    Sprinkle individual servings with Mozzarella cheese.
