Joyce'S Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
4 Tbsp. sour cream
2 c. sugar
2 c. apples
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour in greased loaf pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
