Breakfast Souffle With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    12 eggs, beaten well
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    3 or 4 slices bread, trim crusts and cube
    1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt; mix well.
    Stir in bread, sausage and cheese.
    Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Refrigerate overnight, covered.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 10.
    Great for a brunch or Christmas morning.
