Crock-Pot Hot Mulled Cider - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. apple cider
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. white allspice
3/4 tsp. whole cloves
1 or 2 cinnamon sticks
orange slices (optional)
Preparation

Combine cider and brown sugar in crock-pot.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Tie allspice, cloves and cinnamon in cheesecloth. Add to cider mixture.
Add orange slices.
Heat, covered, on low for 30 minutes.
Keep warm on low for 1 1/2 to 7 1/2 hours. Yields 8 servings.
