Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. pork sausage
    8 oz. process cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring 1 3/4 cups of water to rolling boil.
    Add salt.
    Stir in dry rice; cover and cook.
    Brown the sausage.
    Add to cooked rice. Add oil, cheese and milk to make soupy mixture.
    Add sausage, bell pepper, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Place in 3-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
