Gravy Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1/3 c. water
2/3 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Brown chops on both sides in skillet on medium heat in shortening.
Drain grease. Mix soup, half and half and water together.
Pour over chops in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Stir gravy well before serving.
