Oatmeal Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    5 to 6 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients with boiling water; cool to 105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and add to oats mixture.
    Gradually stir in enough flour to make soft dough.
    Turn out and knead until smooth.
    Put in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until double.
    Punch down and turn out on floured board. Knead 2 minutes.
    Divide in half and let rest for 10 minutes.
