Florentine Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. florentine frozen vegetables (cauliflower, carrots and broccoli)
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until tender; put in baking dish.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and Velveeta cheese.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Melt remaining 1/2 stick margarine and mix with cracker crumbs.
    Top vegetables with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until brown.
