Scrambled Eggs(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. country style bulk pork sausage
    1 medium tomato (optional)
    1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/2 c. shredded American cheese (2 oz.)
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    8 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In an 8 x 1 1/2-inch round baking dish, crumble meat. Microwave, uncovered, on 100% power (High) for 3 to 5 minutes or until meat loses its pink color, stirring once during cooking. Drain off fat, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in the baking dish.
    Place meat on paper toweling.
