Turkey Curry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
4 c. diced, cooked turkey
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped, peeled cucumber
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream or yogurt; stir in curry powder,
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Yield:
4 to 6 servings.
