"Seven Day" Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 red onion
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice cabbage and onions or shred them.
    Toss with 1/3 cup of sugar.
    Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour boiling mixture over cabbage, let set and in five minutes, mix. Chill in refrigerator.
    Serves 4.
