Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 tsp. butter flavoring (optional)
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup (light or dark)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    7 to 8 qt. popped corn
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Boil margarine, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter flavoring gently for 5 minutes.
    Add baking soda.
    Mix with popped corn and stir.
    Place in 2 large, buttered cake pans and bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir 2 to 3 times during and after baking.
