Farm Style Potato Frittata(Brunch, Lunch Or Supper) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 large prebaked potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    salt and black pepper
    4 green onions, sliced
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    minced parsley (optional)
Preparation
    This recipe is for 4 servings.
    For 2 servings, half the ingredients and for 8 servings, double the ingredients.
