Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. applesauce
    10 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 boxes strawberry jello (I prefer wild)
Preparation
    Mix applesauce and sugar; bring to a boil. Cook 10 minutes and add pineapple. Cook 10 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat and add jello.
    Working quickly, mix well and can.
    Seal.
    Use a heavy pan and watch closely to keep from scorching.
